    Ginger Plumb Sangria


    1 bottle Lost Vineyards White Sangria

    3 ounces Rum

    1 cup Ginger Ale

    4 Plums; 1 pureed, 3 sliced

    1 Apple, sliced

    1 Lime, sliced

    Bunch of Fresh Mint

    In a large pitcher, combine the Lost Vineyards White Sangria, rum, pureed plumb, and a few sprigs of mint. Muddle the mint a little, then add 2 of the sliced plumbs, apple, and 4 slices of lime. Top off with the ginger ale. Distribute the remaining plum and lime slices among individual glasses, adding ice if desired.
