Pineapple Rum Sangria

    Pineapple Rum Sangria

    • 2 cups pineapple juice
    • 1 pineapple cut into chunks
    • 1 cup white Sangria
    • 1 cup white rum
    • juice of 1 lemon
    • 1 cup soda water or club soda
    • coconut flakes (optional) to garnish

     

    Mix white wine, rum, chunks of pineapple and club soda and serve chilled over ice, garnished with pineapple chunks and coconut flakes if desired.
